The hotel's continental breakfast is a great way to start the day, with fresh pastries and fruit. The location is ideal, situated near the Civic Center and other attractions. It's also easy to get around with the help of the friendly and accommodating staff. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the Christmas spirit and decorations, which added to the festive atmosphere.
The rooms are small and somewhat outdated. the WiFi can be spotty and unreliable at times.

Excellent value for money. An unrivaled location right in downtown Bariloche. Attentive staff who are anxious to set things right, Over the 8 years I have stayed at this hotel, prices have not gone up as much as other facilities. The management seems to make a real effort to update their facilities, the fresh fruit salad with cherries served at breakfast is the best I have ever had at any place, anytime. I have always had a pleasant and restful stay. I realize there are many, many, in fact too many to count hotels in the general vicinity of this hotel that might provide a superior service. I cannot vouch for them nor could I make any effort to categorize them. I can only speak for my experience at this hotel which has constantly striven to provide an excellent value for money ratio. At my price range, budget, etc it is excellent and has always been reliable. Providing a relaxing staff, no hassles, problems or distractions. Even though I speak Spanish, the staff I have dealt with, spoke good English and were able to address issues in English. The showers do not use Calefón technology (thank goodness!) and provide abundant, reliable hot water and unlike Calefons do not take 30 minutes to come on line.
Poor Wifi signal in the upper floors, this is a problem which I have noticed since my first stay and has still not been completely addressed. The carpet, fixtures and trim of some of the rooms are a bit tired and need to be updated, replaced and or changed. I understand that in a hotel of this size (large) sometimes such things are relegated to the bottom in the list of things that need to be done. But I am sure that it would add to its appeal if the worn carpet can be replaced. In todays world of every increasing interconnectedness, Wifi is an indispensable tool of the modern world. Every hotel in this category should have reliable, fast wifi in all the rooms and floors. the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. In fact only 8 spots are available. However the staff will direct you to an appropriate parking lot. These complaints are minor and do not detract from the fact that I really like this hotel!

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The Wi-Fi was slow and not available in all rooms. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't affect our overall positive experience. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a budget-friendly stay in a convenient location.

Great location to town, lake and bus stop. The breakfast was very good. A buffet with a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff on reception were very informative and helpful. The little cafe bar makes the most amazing fruit juices - try the orange, mango and strawberry.
Our room could have done with a revamp and was a little noisy as overlooked the main street. But we got a really good price so cant really complain. The hotel does offer more superior rooms.

The hotel was ok, but not great. It looked as if it had seen better times and it had not been renovated in a long time. The garage was inconvenient, the room had small windows and was noisy, the furniture was uncomfortable, the breakfast was ok, but the choice of food was not wide, the wi-fi was intermittent. It was overpriced.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent. They organised a cab taking us from the hotel to the airport for free. Compared to other places we went to, the price-quality was good!
Room had a bit of a dusty smell. It might be due to the combination of the carpet with the ashes of the volcano that seem to be flowing around everywhere in Bariloche. Hotel could use a make over.
